I'm Jeff, a single dad based in Heber Springs and the founder of Titan Property Investors. I started this company on a simple idea: selling a home shouldn't feel like a battle.
What began with helping friends and neighbors through difficult property situations grew into a local home-buying business that owners across Central Arkansas call when they want a straight answer. Family is the reason I do this work, and it shapes how I treat every owner I sit down with.
Today we've purchased homes throughout Little Rock, North Little Rock, and the communities within about an hour of the metro — giving people a fast, fair, and friendly alternative to the traditional listing process when that's what they need.

No pressure, ever
Plenty of our conversations end with a homeowner deciding not to sell. That's a good outcome too.
What we won't tell you
- We won't promise the "highest offer guaranteed." No buyer can substantiate that, and anyone who says it is selling you something.
- We won't tell you an as-is cash sale beats a good listing. Often it doesn't. It wins on speed, certainty, and convenience — not on top-dollar price.
- We won't publish inflated statistics or invented review counts. Every property is different, and we'd rather talk through yours honestly.
- We won't claim to have offices in cities where we don't. We're in Heber Springs and we buy throughout Central Arkansas.
